We offer shipping locally and internationally.
Our domestic expedited service is provided by New Zealand Post; whereas international orders will be delivered via EMS carrier or DHL Express courier. For more information about our shipping carriers or questions, please email email@example.com.
★Please note we ship Monday-Friday only during normal business hours. Any order placed during non-business hours will be processed the following business day. Orders will not ship over the weekend.
For all orders outside of New Zealand, we only cover export duties and brokerage fees whereas the corresponding import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees in destination country will be buyer’s responsibility. Please click here.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. You can track your order via NZ Post Tracking Tool or DHL Express Tracking. If you have questions about your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.
Out-of-Stock Items & Back Orders
Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you. If you would like to cancel the order, please email to email@example.com.
